The Kaplan Auto Group has built it's reputation on customer service dating back to 1948! It started with our founder, Jake Kaplan, who introduced
New England to foreign cars. Luckily for Jake, his daughter Sheree Kaplan-Allen
has personified what it means to deliver an outstanding product for a fair
price and continue to deliver exceptional customer service through all avenues
of ownership. These principles are essential to the foundation of the Kaplan
Auto Group and funnels down through all the employees we have here. Sheree is a
regular at our 4 stores and our long-time customers can attest to the fact that
she is the most accessible dealer principal there is. Being a family-owned
dealership brings a different feel and a friendlier experience. At the end of
the day, we want to make car-shopping fun. We don't think it should be
stressful, nerve-racking, and a "necessary evil." From the moment you walk into
our showroom, you can sense the fact that we like to have fun and are a team.
The most important thing to all of us is probably simpler than anyone could
imagine: find the right vehicle for every customer and engage in a relationship
that goes beyond just buying a car, but includes a lifetime automobile
consigliere. This approach has helped build Norwood into the largest Jaguar and
Land Rover dealership in New England, and we have our customers to thank for
